item replacement is so easy a 15yr old can do it. replacement went very easy and fast. replacement took just a little while longer than removing all the screws of the cover and motor.

I purchased my first Burstfire product some time ago. A complete case prep set and finally put it to use. Overall it worked really well but I had a problem with one of the bits, or thought I had a problem. I contacted Bustfire customer service to ask if it was me or the bit. I cannot say how impressed I was not only the quick response, but the follow up. I was sent replacement bits which I received in a short time. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and want to spread the word that not only does Burstfire make a great product, but they stand behind the occasional mishap if something does go wrong. Thank you and keep up the great work and support you provide.

This tray is great at catching the carbon and brass shavings when prepping brass. It really keeps the mess contained in the tray and is easily vacuumed up. The magnets keep it in place so it stays where it's needed. Almost needs to be a standard accessory.

It just makes sense, if you plan on using the accessories this tray keeps cleanup to a minimum.

Marvelous job of packing, double boxed with Styrofoam supports on the inside for the annealer itself. Item delivered on time.

I’ve been waiting for a product like this to come available. I’ve run a few thousand case through the burstfire since it arrived. 223, 22-250, 22Creed, 6GT, 7SCW, 260 REM. It just works. No extra collets. No sacrificial virgins. Just a straight banger of a product.

The new heating board works perfectly with the new power supply. I'm a satisfied customer.

I've annealed a few hundred 5.56, 6 ARC, and 6.5 CM cases and done case prep for them as well on the burstfire Gen 1. It takes a couple short minutes to set up and get the timing and flame set, but I am extremely pleased with this machine so far. It was exactly what I needed to round out my reloading bench.

I am really liking this induction annealer. The fact that I can see what's happening to the case during the annealing process is really nice. The AMP does a great job as well but it's a little bit of a mystery as to what is happening during the process.

I've tested this unit against the AMP and I can't shoot the difference. The BF rounds were a little tighter groups at 600 yards but I'm not sure it was the annealer actually tightening them up or if that was just normal dispersion.

The one issue I had with the BF was that the control knob is so easy to turn it could be bumped and change the setting. Today I put a silicone hose washer under the knob and the issue is solved.

This is a great machine for the price and perfect for the home annealer.

I thought I was getting just small rife set but large set came too,so far they work well,we'll see how long they last,aluminum handles end to end make lass handling

The unit is easy to set up and get running. It does take a little time to get the setting for height and cook time correct for the specific brass you are using but once it is set it is blazing fast.

Am very impressed with this machine and only time will tell with it!
