Return Policy

We require proof of purchase to honor all refunds. Only the original account or purchaser may return an item. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return in their original packaging. 

Items will be carefully inspected upon return. Items that are non-returnable, including items that are opened / used, installed, misused, lacking proof of purchase, or not purchased directly from Burstfire, are non-refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

 

***Manufacturer's defects need to be submitted through manufacturer's warranty. Such as Bernzomatic torch. Please reach out directly to the manufacturer. 

Details:

1. For returnable items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To receive a full refund (minus shipping cost), all items must be in original, unopened / sealed condition, showing no signs of use or installation. 5% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from total on return including on FREE SHIPPING orders. Shipping cost is non refundable. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping.

Burstfire warranty covers all parts and labor cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Including shipping the warranty unit / part to Burstfire for inspection / repair, and return shipping cost back.

Please email Info@Burstfireguns.com for a RMA # for all warranty or before returning the item. Returns will NOT be accepted without a RMA #. YOU MUST REQUEST AN RMA WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Approved RMA # will need to be written on the box, or included inside the return package along with your order info.
