Burstfire induction annealer was recommended by a friend, and it has certainly lived up to all expectations. Automation of the process is a time multiplier and the annealer itself is easy to set up and use even for multiple calibers.
Staff are absolutely available, and technical issues/questions are answered in better than timely manner...

Exactly what I wanted

Great little tool for making the short cases (.300 blk, .22 arc, 6mm arc, .224 valk, etc) stick out to the length of a standard case, so you don't have to point your flame towards the machine and heating your drive wheel and burning up the orings on the drive wheel.

If you’re looking for an induction annealer, this can’t be beat for twice the price. I’m loving it so far and hope it lasts for many years.

First of all, customer service is outstanding. I had ordered the wrong tray for the induction annealer, Burstfire caught this and let me know so i got the correct tray. It fit perfect. I mostly use the primer crimp remover which does leave a lot of shavings since I am using military brass. The tray makes it very easy to clean. And it makes sure the shavings stay away from the annealer section. The induction annealer is also fantastic so if you bought the annealer for only the annealer, consider using the tools on top with this tray. It is really amazing.

I had the Burstfire torch unit for several years. It worked very well but from batch to batch getting the same amount of annealing was difficult to replicate... But it worked very well mind you.. I traded it in on the induction and WOW set the same numbers and get the same annealing on every case. Fantastic, easy to use and all you have to do is plug it in.... Thanx

This Annealer is fantastic. Super easy setup and very user friendly. I load about (50) 223 cases and just watch it run. Depending on the headstamp they average 3 to 4 seconds to get the Templiq paint to melt. Love this machine.

Item arrived as advertised and PERFORMS as advertised. Speed controller provides heat adjustment as needed for effective annealing. Great machine, huge time saver!

After receiving, I annealed several hundred cases. It work as it should. Great product for the price.

I have found that these last much longer than other brands. I do a lot of brass over the years and these are my go to tools that I depend on. These are the only ones I will buy.

I just started using these tools and love them. Not only do they make the job easier and faster, but they do a better job than "the old fashioned way". The Go/No-go gauges are easy to use, accurate and help me to produce more reliable, consistent ammunition. Love my Burstfire products including the Annealer.

These gauges are all you need to make sure your primer pockets are at the right size for the primer - especially good for quality control on 223/556 range brass.

It is rare to receive anything nowadays that meets or exceeds the advertised performance criteria. The Burstfire Annealing Unit I received has performed flawlessly so far. I annealed about 1,600+ cases of various sizes: 22-250, 6-PPC, 30-BR, 6,5x47, 6.5x284, and 300 Ultramag. I am fortunate that I have access to a hardness tester. ALL of the brass I annealed is consistent, and 100% satisfactory. I fired about 250 rounds of various calibers, and find the results to be as expected. I believe the Burstfire will improve my average scores, and certainly make the reloading / brass prep operation more time effective. The only discrepancy I experienced was a single feeding jam with a 30-BR case. It happened only once out of four runs of 100 30-BR cases. I believe it was due to the short length of the 30-BR. I experienced no other problems whatsoever. I added a dial thermometer to the coolant tank. It has never gone above 97F. in rapid consecutive runs of 100 or so cases. I am 100% satisfied and pleased with my Burstfire annealer. Thank you, Burstfire.

I upgraded from a first gen Burstfire machine and as much as I liked the flame annealer the induction annealer is a real game changer. I am confident that each case is annealing consistent and I don’t need to babysit it, I can load 100 plus cases and do something else. I can’t say enough good about it.
