Return Policy

We require proof of purchase to honor all refunds. Only the original account or purchaser may return an item. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return in their original packaging. 

Items will be carefully inspected upon return. Items that are non-returnable, including items that are opened / used, installed, misused, lacking proof of purchase, or not purchased from Burstfire, are non-refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. 


***Manufacturer's defects need to be submitted through manufacturer's warranty. Such as Bernzomatic torch. Please reach out directly to the manufacturer. 


1. For returnable items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To receive a full refund (minus shipping cost), all items must be in original, unopened / sealed condition, showing no signs of use or installation. 5% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from total on return of a FREE SHIPPING order. Shipping cost is non refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Please email for a RMA # before returning the item. Returns will NOT be accepted without a RMA #. YOU MUST REQUEST AN RMA WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Approved RMA # will need to be written on the box, or included inside the return package along with your order info.
