Return Policy

We require proof of purchase to honor all refunds. Only the original account or purchaser may return an item. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return in their original packaging. 

Items will be carefully inspected upon return. Items that are non-returnable, including items that are opened / used, installed, misused, lacking proof of purchase, or not purchased directly from Burstfire, are non-refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

***Defects with non Burstfire products need to be submitted through manufacturer's warranty. Such as Garmin, Hornady, etc.

Details:

1. For returnable items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To receive a full refund (minus shipping cost), all items must be in original, unopened / sealed condition, showing no signs of use or installation. 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost will be deducted from total on return including on FREE SHIPPING orders. Shipping cost is non refundable. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping.

Burstfire warranty will covers all parts and labor. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Including shipping the warranty unit / part to Burstfire for inspection / repair and back.

Please email Info@Burstfireguns.com for a RMA # for all warranty or before returning the item. Returns will NOT be accepted without a RMA #. YOU MUST REQUEST AN RMA WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Approved RMA # will need to be written on the box, or included inside the return package along with your order info.

Warranty, Exchange, Defective products

Warranty on Non-Burstfire Product Line: Any item that are open / used / installed, and are defective, or have cosmetic blemishes that are not to your satisfaction, please contact the manufacturer directly under manufacturer's warranty for a replacement. 

Warranty on Burstfire Line of Products:

Burstfire Annealer / Case Prep Combo / Prep Tools:

• Lifetime warranty on the hardware (case, screws, bolts, handle bar, etc) from defects in workmanship. 
• Normal wear and tear, misuse / abuse of the item, physical damage are not covered by the warranty. 
• Physical damage, broken seal, housing screws showing signs of tampering will void the warranty. 
• Warranty covers products that are defective, not through normal wear and tear. 
• 1 Year warranty from purchase date on electronic components. Including power supply, LCD/speed controller, Motor, speed controller knobs, wiring, plug and its components (except the fuse). 
• ***Clogged Hose and/or torch does not qualify for warranty. Hose and torch warranty is 1 year.
• Any attempt to temper with the internal wiring and components will void the warranty. Assembly and disassembly of the torch holder and wheels does NOT affect the warranty.
• ***If annealer is purchased from another retailers besides burstfireguns.com, you may need to provide your proof of purchase.
• Warranty is limited to original purchaser and not transferable. 

Burstfire Case Prep Tools: 

• Lifetime warranty on the hardware (handles and tools) from defects in workmanship.

All warranty request must be submitted to: info@burstfireguns.com. Customer is responsible for shipping on replacement parts.

For warranry repairs, customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Including shipping of the unit or parts to Burstfire for repair/inspection, and shipping the repaired unit back to you.
