***Please read the below info carefully***

• Trade in any Annealing Machine towards one of our Burstfire Annealers and receive up to 50% off MSRP.  
  • Flame Annealer - 50% off  
  • Induction Annealer - 30% off (35% off if trading in a Burstfire annealer purchased directly off our website: Burstfireguns.com). 
    
• ***DIY annealers does not qualify for trade in. It must be a branded and commercially available annealing machine. 
• ***All trade in units must be in good working condition, with all original parts included and fully assembled before shipping the trade in unit. This includes working speed controller and knobs, power button and/or power supply, functioning wheels, and can reliably cycle cases. 
• Trade in discount is based on MSRP of the unit, not on top of discounts from sales or VIP programs. 
• Example: 50% off Flame Annealer = $289.87 - 50% = $144.94 + $15 shipping = $159.94

TRADE IN PROCESS / INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Email: Sales@Burstfireguns.com to initiate trade in program. 
2. Once request is processed, we will provide a Trade in confirmation number. Include the trade in confirmation number inside the box along with your trade in unit. 
3.  ***Cost of shipping and secure packaging the trade in unit to be shipped to us is the customer's responsibility. We suggest using discount shipping site such as www.pirateship.com for discounted shipping. 
   
4. It is customer’s Responsibility to ensure the trading unit is securedd with packing material to ensure it is undamaged through transit. DO NOT USE AN OLD AMAZON BOX! Damaged or incomplete units will result in the trading being rejected. A rejected trade-in unit will be sent back at the customers expense or discarded after four weeks.
5. Once the trade in unit is received and inspected to be in working order, an electronic invoice with discounted price will be emailed to you to complete the transaction. 
6. This program is currently limited to US Customers ONLY. 
7. *****Upon inspection of your traded in unit, if the unit is missing parts, and/or in damaged, non working condition, the unit will be returned to you at your cost. You will need to provide us with a return label to have your unit returned. if after 4 weeks of no response / action from you to provide missing parts or shipping label for us to return the unit to you, the unit will be discarded.
