Unique. Built without compromise.
That’s the Burstfire way.
✅ Water Tank & Coolant Recommendations
Use one of the following:
- Distilled water works fine for hours of use.
- For 3+ hours long sessions, use Glycol + distilled water based solution (PC coolant, welding coolant, RV/marine coolant)
Maintenance:
- Replace coolant every 1–2 years
- If using automotive coolant (not recommended), flush every 6 months. Avoid long term use of automotive coolant due to additives that may cause buildup inside induction coils.
✅ Product Dimensions
15" (H) × 11" (W) × 11" (D)

I'm so glad I waited for the second mod version. I Shai ordered the brass catcher tray for the bottom. I really, really like the ease of use for this Annealer. I've done all my calibers already and put them down on paper so I have the settings readily available. Ensure you use good coolant so the Annealer will last a long time. Will purchase more from this great company who also have a great staff. They've answered ever single one of my emails. Thank you guys.
I really, really like Burstfire Induction annealer. This is there second version and I also bought the brass catcher for the bottom. the case prep center on top is fantastic and time saver. The Annealer is awesome, I use it from 7PRC all the way down to 338 ARC. Great product and helpful staff. Will buy more from BurstFire.
Hopped on the annealin' band wagon and after seatin' 50 cartridges of .300WM, I felt the difference through the press handle. On the range, my groups shrunk durin' my ladder loads and my velocity ES's dropped to less than 18 in every powder weight and seatin' depth group. So after provin' to myself that it made a difference, I put down the drill-n- socket and bought it. Should have bought it a year ago when it came out. .30-06 is next. Kudos to Burstfire!
I previously used a flame based annealer similar to the burst fire induction annealer. I was happy with it but I disliked the constant adjustment of the flame both during and between sessions. The burst fire induction annealer was worth the wait. Now I set the induction setting and feel confident during and between annealing sessions.
The second observation I made is that the induction annealer is faster than the flame annealing method. It anneals 100 cases very quickly maybe 1/3 less time.
The case prep station on the top is a very nice bonus.
So far, I have annealed about 1000 223 cases across 3 sessions and I have seen very consistent shoulder bump and neck tension between batches.
This is a really nice annealer for the money. It’s fast and consistent. Just what I needed in my process.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the device, and even more so, with the company support. I am a customer from the EU, and at the time of purchase I didn't really expect warranty support. However, it turned out that the power supply was defective. They sent me a new one free of charge, and since then I have successfully annealed over 1,000 shells. Works fast, precise and reliable!
Burstfire has Made Annealing Great Again with the Induction Annealer and Case Prep station. It was worth the wait (backordered). There's no excuse not to get one now that they're in stock.
First off, if you've ever been curious about an annealer.. this is the friendliest way to get into it. Induction heating is fast and very safe.
Setup is extremely simple and takes minutes to get started. So far I've annealed 800 pcs of Lake City 5.56 for match ammo and 200 6.5 CM Lapua brass. Your anneal time may differ from others so experiment to find your own settings.
Overall I'm very happy with this unit. Great job BF!
I wish I gotten this AWESOME machine years ago..... If you want one, GET one and you won't be disappointed for sure....
Just one thing I would like to see them changed is a water tank holder on the back/or side to move the machine easier with two hands. I have no room to keep it in one spot so I need to move and put away.
I've tried a lot of annealers, but I have to say I haven't been happier with any other annealer than the burstfire. I just did about nine hundred rounds and I just cannot get over how fast it was. After a couple rounds, you're able to figure out your setting and after that, the auto feeder just makes things fly.
I upgraded from a first gen Burstfire machine and as much as I liked the flame annealer the induction annealer is a real game changer. I am confident that each case is annealing consistent and I don’t need to babysit it, I can load 100 plus cases and do something else. I can’t say enough good about it.
This burstfire induction annealer is exactly what I was waiting to hit the market!! Not overly large footprint on the bench, self feeding, simple understandable design, great price, and with the added benefits of taking old unit trade ins is above and beyond really!! Oh and nice to know if my case prep station ever dies on me, this unit also has that covered too!! Hope this thing runs strong for years and if so I wish the best of success to your company for cracking the code for me. Thank you!!
This induction annealer was simple to set up and easy to use. It is very fast and efficient. The auto feed works flawlessly and it does a phenomenal job and annealing brass.
After initial setup and familiarizing myself with the unit I annealed 150 cases of unturned 338 Lapua Magnum in under 20 minutes with perfect consistency. Takes a few cases to figure out your settings, (record the cycle speed and platform height for next time) then load up the hopper and let it work.
Burstfire also has excellent customer service even for international buyers such as myself. Very responsive and helpful.

So far so good. Runs very smoothly produced consistent results. Also thr price is much lower than many other induction based annealers
Fast, consistent, automatic... great product
Absolutely phenomenal gear!
I was looking for an induction annealer, stumbled upon Burstfire, and ordered it to Poland. The shipping was flawless, and the packaging was top-notch. But the device itself? Mind-blowing. It anneals 3 times faster than other name-brand units on the market, and it is incredibly precise.
For my .308 Win Lapua cases, hitting that desired 100 HV neck hardness requires setting the display to exactly 51 units on your machine. To the team at Burstfire: you did an outstanding job with the product design, build quality, and the genius idea of adding the case prep options on top. Absolutely brilliant!
You’ve proven that it’s possible to make a world-class product without ripping customers off. Kudos to you guys!
Best regards,
AW
The best piece of equipment I have purchased in the last 10 years of reloading.
The machine flat out works, and is a massive time saver, but a few improvements could make it unbeatable.
It needs the case holding wheel to be made from aluminum, not nylon. It needs to be able to better handle short cases like 300 blackout and pistol, which it can't without melting the nylon wheel, and it should probably just come with the case prep center tray from the factory. Without that tray, shavings etc scatter everywhere including onto the feeding ramp.
Yeah, it's a pricey piece of equipment, but the ease of use once you figure out the right height, and timing, for your brass is game changing.
I am really liking this induction annealer. The fact that I can see what's happening to the case during the annealing process is really nice. The AMP does a great job as well but it's a little bit of a mystery as to what is happening during the process.
I've tested this unit against the AMP and I can't shoot the difference. The BF rounds were a little tighter groups at 600 yards but I'm not sure it was the annealer actually tightening them up or if that was just normal dispersion.
The one issue I had with the BF was that the control knob is so easy to turn it could be bumped and change the setting. Today I put a silicone hose washer under the knob and the issue is solved.
This is a great machine for the price and perfect for the home annealer.
The unit is easy to set up and get running. It does take a little time to get the setting for height and cook time correct for the specific brass you are using but once it is set it is blazing fast.
This is the ultimate annealer. Super consistent and even annealing with no flame that doesn’t maintain the same heat as the gas cylinder loses pressure. Very easy to use. Top notch 👍🏼
Since receiving the induction annealer, I have only had the opportunity to use it once, and seems to perform well and as advertised. I would encourage Burstfire to offer an induction annealer without the option of case prep center, for those who already have case preparation capabilities. I would also suggest that the printed instructions provide more detailed information on operation of the system.
My son and really was impressed at how well it works. Other guys he shoots with he got the best annealer again if someone wants a great annealer buy the burstfire
