Was having problems with my 300 Win Mag cartridges falling off the annealer while being annealed unless the annealer was at a 15⁰+ angle. The additional depth of the magnum roller wheels fixed all the problems I was having. So if you'll be annealing larger magnum calibers, I'd recommend ordering the magnum rollers to go along with it. And I can't say enough about the quality of the customer service. It was like dealing with your local neighborhood shop. Awesome experience and I highly recommend.

I knew when I chose Burstfire for my annealer that I made the right decision.
I annealed .223/5.56 with the wheel that came with it and it worked great (watch the tutorials as they really help those of us who have never done this before).
When I went to anneal my 7.62x54R the cases didn't fit the wheel.
I emailed C.S. that evening thinking I wouldn't get a response until sometime the next day. To my surprise I received a reply in less than an hour.
I explained my issue and within a few days I had the correct case wheel.
