Replacement Parts - Propane torch

Never received item waiting for company to talk with shipping company and then they will resend

I was missing the torch head and hose when my annealer arrived. Contacted Burstfire by email. They absolutely don’t want to talk to you because there’s no phone number. But they took good care of me via the email. Parts were here inside of a week. Good service and the annealer works great !

I had an issue with the torch that came with my Burstfire annealer. I reached out and had a new one on the way the same day. It arrived 2 days later and works amazing.

This torch head works well while new. The original, only a couple of years old, some how got contaminated with either water or oil which passed through the hose extension to the torch head clogging up the interior filter. Once contaminated both head and hose must be replaced. It is a design flaw that IS NOT the fault of Burstfire.

Nice to have parts available when you screw up and ruin your torch.
