I don’t usually mess with reviews, but credit, when credit is due.
I was searching, and to the point of going with a different manufacturer for a better answer, since I couldn’t find better drums. My hesitation was that I love the machine. I’ve had the best luck with the functionality and quality of it, so I really, really didn’t want to have to go a different route. These drums (wheels) are an awesome upgrade, as well as spot-on what I have been trying find, when coupled with the already great machine.
As to the design and quality, I found nothing that I thought would fit my needs, as an all-around perfect Annealer.
I had opted out of newsletters a few months back, so I actually heard about them through a web search.
As to the Customer Service, just WOW… It was the weekend, plus after hours, but I hit the chat option anyway, and fully expected to get a robot, and would be contacted the next day. The robot did answer first, but within 30 seconds of starting the chat, a real dude popped on. I could not believe it when he said they are complimentary upgrades, I only pay for shipping?!? Heck yea! The only option I had found close, but still miles away from my needs, started at $100 shipped, up to well over 1k (different machine). The response time was unreal, I ordered them immediately, (Saturday) I got an email THAT EVENING, that they were shipped, 3 days later (Tuesday), I was installing them. Just fantastic all around, Thanks again BFG!

Because of my lack of foresight, I had the torch pointed a little too close to the wheel. This over heated it and damaged the face. This aluminum upgrade is a welcome mod! A must!
