4 Hole Multi-caliber disk replacement for the Induction annealer, in case yours has been damaged. Machined from Nylon based material.
This kit comes fully assembled - Disk pre-mounted in the angled arm. Simply remove the 4 screws and replace.

Of all the parts to NOT be made from aluminum, they chose the wheel that holds hot brass being superheated?
Due to the shortness of 300 blackout brass, the heat transfers from the neck down to the base enough to melt the nylon wheel. Case gets stuck, but machine kept trying to feed.
Loss of the stuck case, and $40 wheel replacement now needed.
Please change this item to aluminum!!?
Hi, we do apologize for your experience, and happy to assist and answer your questions.
1) Cannot use aluminum. Metal near the coil will will heat up. There’s a reasons non metal parts are used. And it wasn’t to save a few bucks. Other similar products on the market use 3D printer printed material for the same reason.
2) The distance between the bottom of the coil and top of thr disk stays the same regardless of which brass case is in it. Heated area remains the same and limited to what’s inside the coil, and heat transfer down the same similar distancr regardless of cases, of course considering they all have the same brass composition and thickness.
