from 387 reviewswhat an awesome addition to the annealer. highly recommend this product

Perfectly good product, wanted an extra rotation wheel in case I needed it. I recommend anyone doing a lot of reloading needs one of the Burstfire annealing machines.

Worked as advertised, a must have for checking reloads.

Easy install.
Thanks

One of the best items I have bought along with the BurstFire 2 Annealer to help me shoot smaller gouops

So far I have used the burst fire to anneal 45-70 cases and some 43 Spanish. It works great. I highly recommend it. The annealing is very uniform and easy to set up. As an added bonus, the case prep tools made de-burring cases after trimming quick and easy and the price was very reasonable all the way around.

Used for 223 and 308 cases. Feeding is excellent and jam free. Torch needs to be tightened well to keep it from getting slightly moved around during use. Speed adjustment is easy to use and works well. Each session may require a small change in speed as the torch will have a small change in opening and position on the neck will be slightly different. This is not an issue as it was easy to see changes in the metal glow in a darkened room or with a cardboard shade over the case. You will be able to accurately judge dull red and start of orange flame in the mouth after a couple of sessions and the on-line videos will make sense after viewing the cases in real life. I started with very clean wet SS tumbled cases. Used Tempilaq 750 for initial setup but after gaining experience reading the cases would be confident setting up by looking and stopping at the very first appearance of orange glow in the mouth in a darkened room. My eye seemed more sensitive to minute changes than the green paint. Very pleased overall with the simplicity, engineering and the price point. Have not used the case prep side as I was looking for precise controllable and cost effective annealing with this purchase.
Recommended and would buy again.

It’s just a tiny wedge with a magnet to hold it to the face of the annealer. When the brass falls out of the pickup wheel it forces the brass out a little on the spinner wheel so the neck sticks out past them for annealing without heating the wheels.

Easy to set up and use.
The wheel that spins the brass doesn’t like sizing lube so I figured out I have to clean, anneal, then resize the brass.
Short case feed ramp tool is a must for anything short like 300BO or 6mm ARC. It’s just a magnetic wedge that forces the brass to fall in the right place.
The brass prep station on top is a nice feature so it’s useful when you don’t have any brass to anneal

Sometimes a new product comes long that completely fills a hole in one’s life. I thought my case prep workstation was complete until I saw the newly released Brass Shavings Catch Tray. Based on my previous experiences with Burstfire Guns new product releases, I had to give this a try. In fact, I ordered both versions of the tray.
The production quality is superior, as we’ve come to expect. The drive motor holes lineup perfectly with each station, and the holding magnets snap into place with a satisfying snick! More importantly, the tray does its job with zero interference with the drive motors themselves. I know that I’ve prepped uncounted numbers of brass, and removed hundreds of primer crimps, but I didn’t realize what a pain it was to sweep up the brass and nickel shavings until I didn’t have to.
The only wish I have, if anyone out there has the capability…make narrower chamfer and deburr toolheads that would allow removing the trays without removing the tool heads.
Nonetheless, this tool does what it’s supposed to do, and it does it well. I keep a small camel hair brush on hand to sweep around the drive units to prevent any stray shavings from falling through the holes when I remove the trays without for emptying.
Now on my wishlist is a metal catch bin for annealed brass that matches the contours of the Burstfire 2 in 1 Annealer, so I don’t have to prop up my ultrasonic cleaner rack.

Absolutely wonderful set!

Works excellent, had to modify it slightly for 22 hornet brass, they're just so freaking small, yes I have the small wheel, a piece of tin bent out taped close to the end took care of it!

Installed easily keeps shavingsfr9m getting everywhere

Catches all the brass ships well keeps everything clean.

The fitment and use of this tray is perfect. No more having to constantly brush or wipe off brass shavings or carbon deposits, just pop on the tray and dump when in trash can when done. Great design and quality.
